It's been a week of ups and downs. Having gone a million miles an hour for the last month, it took me most of the week to settle down and get into a groove. Things finally starting clicking on the new book yesterday and now I'm on a roll.
Hey, I also did an interview this week at Luree & Tracy's blog: On The Road To Publication A blog dedicated to aspiring authors and the journey 'On the Road to Publication.' The blog link is

Stop by and say hi. I'd love to hear your comments.

You go girl. I have taken the last six months off from working to concentrate on writing. My plan was origianlly three months, that turned to six and now I don't want to do anything else. Alas I must eat and pay bills so the time is coming to an end, but I don't regret a minute spent in front of the computer.
I wish you the best of luck on finishing your new project. From experience I know you are going to enjoy your time doing what you love to do.
Luree, I am jealous! I wish I could take some extra time. In fact, in my morning "quiet time" that's exactly what I focus on. MOre time. :-)
Take care!
Writing with your own unique voice, and what you want, when you want, certainly seems a lot more appealing than working for the man, doesn't it? I think everyone should try it at least once.
Good luck with the book. I'm also a big fan of the paranormal.
Amen, to that. :-) This past week of making my own schedule has been an amazing experience. I've never had this much time off from a job before (with the exception of the two times I had maternity leave and THAT was no vacation). I know I'm working through my time off, but isn't it grand to be doing what I want?
Thanks for stopping by the blog!
